you're like yeah been there and so you know when I went through this there was no Instagram there through this, there was no Instagram, there were no podcasts, there was no information out there. And when I got on the other side, finally, I thought there's got to be a better way. There's got to be an easier way for us to actually navigate this. And the way that I work with women now, the very first thing I have them do is really look at how they feel in their
