0:05.2	Thessalonians chapter 3. We're going to pick it up in verse 6 and we'll make our way through
0:10.8	to the end of the chapter, verse 13. And I'll ask you to stand if you're able. If not, that's all right.
0:16.8	Where you're seated is fine. You can follow along as I read. The Apostle Paul is writing by the Holy Spirit and says
0:27.3	verse 6, but Timothy has just now come to us from you and has brought good news about your faith and love.
0:39.8	He has told us that you always have pleasant memories of us
0:45.8	and that you long to see us just as we also long to see you.
0:54.0	Aw. No, really. What he's saying is Timothy came back with this good report,
1:02.0	this good news. First of all, you're doing great in the faith, and it sounds like you missed us as much as we
1:09.6	missed you. Oh, okay. Anyway, I just, I feel better now.
1:14.8	Verse seven. Therefore, brothers and sisters, in all our distress and persecution,
1:25.2	we were encouraged about you because of your faith. For now, verse 8, and this is interesting,
1:33.3	we really live since you are standing firm in the Lord. How can we thank God enough for you in return for all the joy we have in the presence of our God because of you?
1:53.9	Night and day we pray most earnestly that we may see you again and supply what is lacking in your faith.
2:06.2	Now, verse 11, may our God and Father himself and our Lord Jesus clear the way for us to come to you. Boy, the Apostle Paul really wants to get back
2:20.7	to Thessalonica. May the Lord make your love increase and overflow for each other
2:29.1	and for everyone else just as ours does for you.
2:35.8	May he strengthen your hearts so that you will be blameless and holy
2:42.3	in the presence of our God and Father
2:46.6	when our Lord Jesus comes with all His holy ones. Wow. Let's pray if you would join with me.
