Summary

Grief doesn't follow a schedule. It arrives uninvited—triggered by a song, a smell, or a random Tuesday morning. Michael explores how to be present with grief when it shows up unexpectedly, offering practical tools for honoring your feelings without being overwhelmed by them. You'll learn how to create space for grief while still living your life, and why unexpected grief is often the heart's way of processing love. -- Follow Michael Galyon Instagram: @michael.galyon | @lettingitsettle Website: https://www.michaelgalyon.com/ Email: connect@michaelgalyon.com Making This Show Possible:  We are proud to be an ad-free podcast!
