So where would you like to start your story?

You know, I've had near-death experiences, and when I was maybe 11 or 12, I was just innocently playing in a lake at my grandmother's cottage, and it was a very shallow area

where you could normally stand up in.

But they make a thing called a kneeboard,

which is like a surfboard, but you sit on your knees

and strap your knees to it.

And I decided to just strap myself in

and kind of play on the shoreline there, but it flipped over on me.

So now I'm strapped to a board upside down.

And if I was smart, I would have pulled the strap off and got out.

But I panicked.
