Amen and amen. Oh, you guys, welcome. So the gate was shut.

Some of you show up and the gate was shut and you're like, what's going on? So sorry, I'll find somebody to blame and I'll beat them mercilessly. So I don't know

how many people turn around and left, but anyway, Pastor Macr reprogrammed it. It's supposed

to open and stay open. And so, boy, that's terrible,

isn't it, when the, the entrance to the church is, yeah, come to church, we can't.

All right. Well, let me give you a kind of a quick rundown of what we're going to do tonight.

I'm going to begin with a brief message.

Then I'm going to pray specifically and then I'm going to take a seat and then Pastor Max going

to come up. He's going to open up the prayer meeting. He'll pray and then he'll also end up closing the prayer meeting. And I'll just

be upfront. But I wanted to share with you tonight, again, and I'll be brief, but it's a message concerning those times in our lives when God delays answering our prayers.

And I think I mentioned this on Sunday's second service that

the inspiration for this message was from our second service text in Revelation,

which I wanted to expound on tonight because I want to point out two of the many reasons.

And here's the thing, they're not so easily discerned or understood, but two, there are many, but from the text, two reasons as it relates

to why God may delay the answer to our prayers.

And I want to start by reading verses 3 and 4, Revelation 16.

And the reason I want to start here is because this is the delayed answer to prayer. And it's quite detailed,

and there are some things here that we're going to see, again, not so easily seen at first

three. So let's just begin in verse three. Now this is the bowl judgments, the bowls

full of the wrath of God. And the second angel, verse 3, poured out his bowl on the sea and it turned

into blood. Now this is interesting, like that of a dead person and every living thing in the sea died. Hang on to that. The third angel
