Good afternoon. Let's pray. Lord, we're so thankful to worship you. Jesus Christ, our living Lord. And we know

that it is your desire for us to enter into relationship, fellowship, and friendship with you.

And that's what we will discover as we open up this amazing book of first, second, and third John. Lord, these words were written

that we might know you and walk with you and walk on the light. So help us to discover what

that means together. We commit this time of Bible study to you now. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

You can all be seated. Well we're starting in a brand new series

called unshakable and the title of my message is unshakable when faith feels fragile but a quick word

about this Thursday it's the national day of. And I love the fact that we have a

National Day of Prayer in America. And we want to encourage all of you to participate. Now,

there's a couple of ways you can do that. Number one, you can come to one of our National Day of

Prayer services. We're having them at all campuses, Riverside, Orange County,

and also on Maui. But if you can't come, just remember to pray for America this Thursday.

I mean, you ought to do it more than Thursday, but just on this Thursday in particular,

let's just stop and pray. Thank God for our country. Thank God for the freedom we have in this nation.

Thank God for that he loves us and wants to pour his spirit out on our nation. Pray for another

spiritual awakening. Pray for our leadership. A lot to pray for with America. So remember the National

Day of Prayer. But as I said, we're in a new series in

1st John. So years ago, why are you clapping? Okay, thank you. That's a good thing to clap for.
