I'm good.

My teeth are aching, aching, yearning for sustenance at Chris.

I'm not having any breakfast because I'm finding it quite hard to eat things at the

moment and I'll tell you why because I over-induced in the Halloween sweets that we left

out for the kids and I was indulging in the most sour of all of the sweets which is a

brain blaster's blueberry flavor and I don't know what they put on them, they old sharp

stuff but it's very aggressive on the old teeth.

It's stripped all of the enamel off my teeth and now I'm finding it very hard to eat things
