I'm good! Just currently in preparations for the podcast show, as spoken before with you and done with you about a year ago.

And yeah, we're just kicking in again with the whole kind of plans for the summer. The football league season is sort of winding down, Champions League on the horizon, but it's all of a bar, some very big shouting.

But yeah, I'm looking forward to some to be quite frank. I want to get out there, I want to experience things, I'm trying to lose a bit of weight through intermittent fasting, so my breath stinks all the time.

And I feel like I want to die. So, other than that, you know, I'm ready for summer.

Well, I'm going to lose weight. I know I could miss a soup break.
