Sweetness, hi, how are you today? Oh, my goodness. Okay. I am doing this podcast episode to ground myself,

and I hope that it is in service to you as well. I believe that a lot of us are experiencing

a lot of feels right now. And I've talked to a lot of friends lately.

And I think that it's important for you to realize that if you're feeling a lot,

juggling a lot, handling a lot, holding a lot, and also unsure of a lot, you are not alone. I don't know what's going on collectively,

but I know that our lives matter. And when we feel out of alignment or off kilter or

unsure, it can, it can just feel very ungrounding. And so I wanted to come to you

today with a little bit of an update. There's so much that I am excited about and a lot that I'm

feeling very, very tender about and even more that I'm feeling

super unsure about. So we're going to start with a prayer and then we're going to get into it.

Dear God, we open ourselves up to you, to hearing the sound of our own breath, the sound of our own voice, to hearing the sound of our own spirit. We remember in this moment that
