And then, of course, every four years is the issue of the United States and her citizens

picking what kind of leader in leadership will our nation have.

And we thank you, Lord God, that as I said earlier, some 400 years have gone by where America

has been a concept, an idea that has been solely, remarkably,

wonderfully based in the Bible from the earliest, earliest of times regarding this continent.

We know that today there are more people ignorant about America's history than ever before.

It's not being taught.

And so when it's not being taught, people do not recognize it, they do not believe it, they don't see it.

But Lord, I pray that today you would help people to see what is not only America and what America should be and where America has gone.

But Lord, also regarding the fact that you proclaim from its birth that you had a plan for

America.

We pray, dear God, that you remind us today and that there is a beautiful union between our lives and how we live them

and your awesome Bible.

From Genesis through Revelation, every breath, every step, every moment of our existence more true for an American than anybody

else in the world, that our God presides over the affairs of men and nations.

And so, God, I pray today that you'd bless it.
