Summary

Ten year old Mary Bell strangled and mutilated two toddlers in 1968.  In 1979, 16-year-old Brenda Ann Spencer, fired 30 rounds of ammo at children in a school playground from her father's apartment in San Diego.  She  killed two adults and wounded 8 children and a Police Officer.  When asked to explain her actions, Spencer simply stated "I don't like Mondays".
