In Crawford, Texas, on a rainy highway on March 25, 2009, a head-on collision between two cars

left one of the vehicles upside down and on fire.

Inside of the car, Lisa began to pray. She was upside down and trapped by her seatbelt.

On the scene was Sherry and Cody Clements. Cody rushed over to the car with a knife,

passing it to Lisa for her to try to cut the seatbelt,

which she managed to do. Cody reached for her hands, but where the roof of the car had crushed,

it left no room for her to be pulled out of the tiny space left. The situation seemed hopeless,

when all of a sudden they both felt another pair of hands enveloping theirs.

Lisa said, as I saw Cody's hands, I saw another set of white hands around this.

As he started pulling me through, there was just like this burst of white light.

And Cody says, before I knew it, we were both outside the vehicle. Sherry, who had been

standing frantically watching Cody, tried to rescue Lisa, witnessed the whole thing. She said,

I saw this bright white light and then I saw these hands reach past where there was no room

and they grabbed hold of Cody's hands

and all of a sudden they were both on the grass next to me.

In Newswick magazine in December 1993, a tragic story was covered about a young woman called
