We like to get right into it and what we're going to get into today is a travel advisory.

But we're going to get into when a travel advisory is not a travel advisory at all.

It is sheer partisan politics.

So you may have heard that recently the NAACP issued what it called a formal travel advisory.

This is not an informal travel advisory.

This is a formal travel advisory.

And the purpose is to warn black Americans against visiting Florida.

So I'll read to you from the formal travel advisory here, quote, Florida is openly hostile

toward African Americans, people of color and LGBTQ plus individuals.

When you're quoting here before traveling to Florida, please understand that the state

of Florida devalues and marginalizes the contributions of and the challenges faced by African Americans

and other communities of color.

Okay.

Well, how about that?

I wonder why they're doing it right now.

Well, just in case anybody missed the point, Derek Johnson, who is the president of the

NAACP added, quote, under the leadership of Governor DeSantis, there you go.

That's what this is about, quote, under the leadership of Governor DeSantis, the state

of Florida has become hostile to black Americans and in direct conflict with the democratic ideals

that our nation was founded upon.
