Here's the message.

So I want to talk to you about when you feel like there needs to be a change in your life.

When you feel like your life is changing or you're going through a change. Some of you are in the middle of

transition with children or maybe marriage or maybe you've gone through a divorce.

There's all different kinds of transitions. Some are super exciting. Some are super challenging.

Actually, no, all changes are challenging. And even the good ones.

Like I have 2018 and 15, right? So our three kids are, man, they're, hey, guys, thank you so much.

Can we give it up to the musicians and the singers?

I love these guys. Thank you so much. And you're coming back, right? We'll do this together at the end.

Yes, we will. But I'm starting to like prepare for when they, like, they're, they're like starting to like, you know, move out. And I'm starting to like prepare for when they like they're, they're like starting to like,

you know, move out.

And I'm like, they're excited about it.

I'm grieved.

You know, so change can be both exciting, but it's like always challenging.

So if you feel like you are going through a change, by the way, sometimes we choose to change,

sometimes we have to change.

I think it was Bishop Jakes who told me that marriage is a dance, and you just got to keep dancing,
