0:16.1	If you've got people that, like, I had somebody that I used to work with years ago. And it's like,
0:21.5	every time I saw this dude, he was like, oh man, you're not going to believe what happened to me.
0:27.1	Sit down. I'd sit down and he would start going, oh, you know, you tell me about some contractor
0:33.1	that he had hired or somebody that he was trying to help and when I was a way to help him and
0:38.7	they just fucked him over and it was like for years and years these kinds of things were
0:44.6	always happened it was like the same kind of story I was like dude you keep giving the same people
0:50.3	in other words you're trying to to white knight people you're trying to fix losers. It's like these people that like have no track record of being consistent or reliable. And he's like the one sucker. He gives him money, loans the money. They're going to pay him back. They're going to do all this work for them. and then they have taken advantage out. It was like, it was the same thing. It was always something, some kind of conflict, either people that he had tried to help out or people he was doing business with. I remember he'd always be like, I'm getting ready for a fight. You know, that's like he kind of went through life looking for conflict and believing conflict was right around
1:29.2	the corner it was kind of exhausting that same thing kind of happened to me that you just reminded me
1:35.1	of that with the money back in high school i had uh people asked me for a dollar and they never gave
1:40.2	me that dollar back god knows how much they owe, but they owe me the money to this day.
1:46.6	It's never a good idea to lend friends or family money because almost 100% of time you're not
1:51.7	going to get paid back. Yeah. And then when they don't pay you back, they dodge you and they avoid you
1:57.0	and they hide from you. And then now that relationship goes down the shitter.
2:02.5	Not even that. You don't want to go, you don't want to ask them because you feel like a bother
2:06.0	even though it's your money. Yeah. But I did have a friend. We're still kind of friends,
2:13.7	but I did have a friend that was low quality, inviting low quality people into

2:21.8	She's just very, like, her whole life is based on a relationship, and those relationships
