We are in a series going through the New Testament book of

Colossians. Colossians is kind of dense. There's a lot to it, a lot to work through. So I thought,

you know, what would be great is if we just have some sermon series notebooks to go through

Colossians together, we're going to be in page 14. I want to

just acknowledge something before we start with these sermon notes. Yeah. There are too many blanks to

fill in. I just would like to tell you I overdid it on the blanks, okay?

I'm not afraid to say it. I got a little blank happy. I had good intentions. I was excited about it when I put it together.

But there was no small amount of commotion last week. Pretty upsetting to some of you.

Got some emails about it. It's trending online for a little bit

I had a staff person coming to my office this week sat down close the door Kyle we need to

talk we think you have a problem there are 37 blanks for a 35 minutes sermon that's averaging more than one blank per minute that's too 37 blanks for a 35 minutes sermon.

That's averaging more than one blank per minute.

That's too many blanks.

That's statistically aggressive.

There are people who are complaining about carpal tunnel.

And I'll just tell you last week I might have missed a few.

But you know what? You might have missed a few but you know what you might have missed a few so um

it's not all on me in fact the more I thought about it this week I'd say this isn't a me

problem this is a you problem like some of you get way too worked up about having empty blanks
