And man, we had just an incredible show on Monday.

I don't know if you guys heard it. I'm sure that you did. The

downloads were sick, but we had UFC legend Boss Rooting on to talk about one thing in particular.

And to be honest with you guys, guys man like I said on the big

show I need to start this particular episode with an apology I have four boys right so I

I know obviously I know what it what it means to to raise a son what it means to raise four boys and that I don't recommend it for the faint of heart to raise four boys. It's insane. It's crazy. My wife and I joke all the time that it's like raising three.

I'm sorry. See? I don't even know the number anymore. Four little drunk people.

And you have to have a sense of humor and that's one of the ways we have a sense of humor about it.

I mean if you think about it my wife and I joke you know that they're like four little drunk people because

there's always you know somebody missing a shoe you know there's

always somebody at the dinner table who comes to dinner with without pants on you

know somebody wants like waffles at like 11 30 at night you know so they're like you know they're like

little drunk people they're loud they're crazy they're obnoxious they're

obnoxious they throw things it's it's insane and some of the things that I say out loud as a father of four boys, you know, like, hey, would you mind going and putting some pants on before you eat dinner?
