I came across this really sweet story about a mom named Larissa.

She went in to have her baby eight weeks early, which doesn't sound like much to us as

healthy adults, but for a baby, a newborn baby coming in eight weeks early is a big deal.

She had a little boy.

She named him Caleb. She was already a nurse at that hospital, but not a NICU nurse because her little boy, Caleb,

he had to spend 31 days at the NICU in the same hospital that she worked at.

And before all this had happened, she had said as a nurse, because she worked

in the ICU. She said, I cannot work with babies. They are too small and there's no way. But after

she experienced all that she did after having her son and experiencing the staff in the NICU,

it made her decide, you know what, I'm going to make a complete total change, career change, and I'm going to become one myself.

I had a huge admiration for the nurses here, the doctors here, like everybody I encountered speech, OTPT, like this entire world was so different and I could not wait to be a part of it.
