Learn all of it, right? I always tell people figure out what you're amazing at figure out what you love

That's your lane stay in your lane, but you got to figure what that is first right if you're just getting started you don't know if it's asset management or capital

raising which by the way shouldn't just be the only thing in your lane. There's always got to be

more to it than just capital raising. Diligence, whatever it is. Work with

someone who's done it and then yeah you can raise for that person but you're also learning all the

other things that are associated with a deal and then you can kind of graduate out on

your own and do your own from there. I think that's the safest thing to do.
