Let's talk about what you can learn from the Starbucks and Nike CEO.

So did you know what happened here was Starbucks when they fired the former

consultant who was the CEO, the CEO of Starbucks, right?

He worked 19 years at McKinsey, which is a consulting company big consulting company right and so

Starbucks then they replaced that person with the industry vet so this person worked

at Taco Bell you know this person was at Chipotle before I believe right

Now, when you move over to Nike, so Nike does the same thing. They fire a former consultant, right, 23 years at Bain. Okay, again, big consulting company and they replace with the industry vet. This guy worked 20 years at Nike. The stock pops 7%. So I think there's something to be said. I'm not poo-pooing on

consultants. Maybe I am in this scenario. But at the end of the day, it's your, how much time have you spent in the trenches and that is invaluable right

there's just so many patterns that you see when you're in the trenches versus
