goodness. Oh, what an intro. Should I just leave? Yeah, let's just roll with them. We are in day five

below. Mm hmm. I'm going to be reading the scripture and then Tori's gonna read the devotional

or just gonna keep rolling with it because today, I think we both got the giggles. So we do. Well,

you know, the joy of the Lord is my strength. The joy of the Lord. Hey, hey, so, um, I'm reading Mark 11

versus 24 and 25 in the new living translation. And it says this, I tell you, you can pray for

anything. And if you believe that you've received it, it will be yours. But when you are praying,

first forgive anyone you're holding a grudge against so that your father and heaven will forgive

your sins too. What an incredible scripture. The devotional says, how can we know if we are

praying effectively by getting our lives positioned properly with the Lord? That begins with the

relationship with Jesus. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the

father except through me. He is the mediator between God and us. He alone can take the holy hand

of God and the hand of sinful man and bring us together because he is God and flesh and he

died for us on the cross. So if you want prayer to be answered in your life, then you need to

surrender your life to Jesus Christ. Next, remain in close fellowship with him. Stay clean and close.

Jesus said, if you abide in me and my words abide in you, ask what you will and it will be done

for you. John 15 verse 7. We need to get right with the Lord and we need to get right with one

another. Jesus said in Mark 11, when you pray, forgive if you have anything against anyone.

So we get our hearts right and then we pray in faith trusting not God as faithful as he has

been in the past and as faithful as he is in his word is going to be faithful again in the situation
