Welcome to making the argument. And last week, if you were with us, we discussed what the country

might look like if the left won. And what we meant by that is we took kind of like the

political ideology and philosophy of people like Elizabeth Warren, AOC, Bernie Sanders. And we said,

okay, if that became so dominant within American politics that they could essentially do whatever

they want,

what would that look like for the economy? What would it look like for taxes? What would it look

like for education or the military or foreign policy or energy? And so we went through that.

And now there might be some people to say, yeah, but you only pick like the extreme left wing

of the party. And the reason why we chose to go with that is because Joe Biden probably represents

what you would consider to be the moderate wing of the Democratic Party. And yet, if you look at the

policies that he's implementing, the things that he's saying, the events that he's hosting,

you're not going to see a great deal of moderation with respect to policy. So that's why we

focused on that wing and left party because we believe it's in the ideological ascendancy.

Well, today, we're going to look at what would the country look like if the right one.

However, I think there's a little bit more of a debate going on within the right.

Christian may disagree with some of this on what direction the party should go.

So we're going to look at the different paths, right, the different paths, the kind of the battle, the ideological

battle that's going on with the Republican Party. And what would it mean if those different groups

took over all of that and more coming up on this episode of making the argument?
