It's a pretty bad weather day down in Florida.

But, you know, we'll be taking a break from the disaster porn.

I'm going to talk about the rapid intensification of this storm.

And, you know, in a few other news things today, as well as a whole lot of other stuff.

First off, breaking news, it was the US District Court Judge,

Barrel Howell, I think Barrel Howell is in D.C., but in any case,

Ruby Freeman and her daughter, Shay Moss just won a default judgment against Rudy Giuliani.

The order says a default judgment will be entered against defendant Rudolph W. Giuliani for

his liability for plaintiff's defamation, intentional inflection of emotional distress,

civil conspiracy, and punitive damage claims pursuant to federal rules of civil procedure.

She notes that Giuliani now owes Shay Moss and Ruby Freeman $89,000, which they have paid
