I can see a strange glowing yellowy green fog on the ground.

And he says it's about 50 feet in diameter and it's hugging the ground in a set shape,

sounds bizarre. What's even weirder is that there's US Air Force security police in a cordon around it like the

guard in it so you say he's coming and he's thinking what's coming and then the

next thing that he sees is a small red light that's like the size and basketball and

it arcs towards over the trees and then over the field and it

stops and then there's an explosion of light and then when his eyes focus where the mist had been

there is a translucent shimmering wind shape crackler.
