And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and we're not ashamed.

Legacy. The man in his life, and we're not ashamed. Legacy is kind of a heavy word, right?

You know, people think of legacy.

That sounds like a funeral word.

And, I mean, I guess it can be because a funeral, a celebration of life,

you are talking about the legacy someone leaves behind.

But I don't

think we need to wait until death to start thinking about legacy. I think we need to be intentional.

There's a verse in the Psalms where King David says, Lord, teach me to number my days that I may

gain a heart of wisdom. And what he's saying is, Lord, help me to,

to remember that like this life, this mortal life isn't going to last forever. Through faith,

my soul will last with you forever in heaven, of course. But my time on earth is short. And so

teach me to number my days and realize every day matters. I just don't want to get into a cycle

where I'm mindlessly going through the motions. And then I wake up one day, and I'm all of a sudden, you know, decades have gone by. But every day I'm like, Lord, what am I doing today to live with wisdom, to grow closer to you, to grow closer to my family, to plant seeds of love and faith and those around me that can sprout into a harvest someday, how can I build a
