So let me give you a little background

to how we got here today.

We've been reading through the Bible

as a church together this year and

last week we read Acts chapter 2. I'm gonna put it up here on the screen. This is the

story of the first church that ever started and here's what happened.

The follower of Jesus named Peter,

stood up in front of a crowd of people and told them

that Jesus had died on the cross for their sins.

And Acts 237 says, when they heard this,

they were cut to the heart and said to Peter

and the rest of the Apostles,

brothers, what shall we do? And here was Peter's response.
