We are going to take a deep dive into Jeff Blasheels system. Greg Boyson wrote about it the other day for

Chicago hockey now, so make sure you check that out. We're going to spend some time on that,

but we got to start with some fresh off the ice news. This dropped this afternoon from Scott

Powers and Mark Lazarus of the athletic Chicago Blackhawks, former Chicago Blackhawks PR manager, Anthony Filomena,

is suing the team for discrimination or retaliation, claiming he was treated unfairly for being gay and was wrongfully fired.

According to the suit, he said approval from, he had approval from Danny Words to twenty two twenty four interview without sports which is an lg btq plus sports website days after it was

published he was criticized by a senior employee and told his supervisor the criticism was

discriminatory the next day despite a good performance review he was fired so filomenaomena says that the team's reasons were fabricated and exaggerated,

and that non-game employees who behaved similarly were not terminated.

So there's a lot there, a lot to unpack.
