retired NYPD homicide Sergeant Bill Cannon, a 27-year veteran, the NYPD. You know,

we're going to look at the Koeberger hearings because we all know the defense has sort of taken a bit

of a beating at these hearings. And what did they need in this upcoming trial in August to create doubt?

What's going to create doubt in the minds of the jurors?

And there's a hell of a lot of things they can do to create doubt.

But there's a hell of a lot of circumstantial evidence in this case,

all of which, in my humble opinion, is pretty damn powerful when piled up on top of each other.

And you hear all these people talking about, oh, this warrant and that warrant and this document and that document.

Let's talk about the actual

evidence and how much evidence does the prosecution have that is yet to be released. Have we ever

seen the contents of Brian Kohlberg's phone? Have we ever seen his text messages? Have we ever seen the sites that he

searches? Have we ever seen the photographs in his cell phone other than this most recent one

of the selfie? I bet you there's some gems inside his cell phone and some information

inside his cell phone that the prosecution is salivating

about so then folks a lot of content creators very critical about us real coppers

why haven't we seen it yet?

And is the prosecution holding on to a great deal of this evidence?

We're going to look at that.
