So it's been a while since we all gathered on the last time you heard this roundtable.

I was in my Toronto Airbnb about to leave kind of still in the thick of festival excitement and madness on some levels.

And so I think now that we're all home, we've kind of been able to assess what we saw.

There's been a couple of sales of titles and a sense of the buzz.

We're going to kind of look back over festival seasons, how it changed, what we expected out of this award season.

And then maybe what it revealed that we still don't really know and what we can't really count on.

But before we get into any of that and also revisit dumb money since that's coming out this week, I wanted to promote something that we're going to be doing over at Vulture.
