Summary

Why believers should be bold even if it means we will suffer for it! The plain teaching of God's word and the example of Jesus, the apostles and the prophets make it clear that we need to be unafraid and unashamed when stepping into potential persecution. May God give us courage.

I just want to read the passage. So first Peter chapter 4, starting

1:30.4

1:36.8

here in verse 12. So back to where we just started, Beloved do not think it's strange

1:41.9

concerning the fiery trial, which is to try you as though some

1:45.3

strange thing happened to you.

1:51.3

This fiery trial which might try you, could try you, possibly, but actually it will try them

1:59.9

or it will fry them, so to speak.

2:02.2

There's going to be a bad painful experience coming
