I don't know what iguana meat tastes like if it's like a chicken or... I have had alligator on a stick at like fairs or festivals, and it's not bad. so I don't know if it's similar to that. Gator nuggets are great. Yeah. What is the consistent, like what is the texture of a gator? So it's not quite as flaky as fish, but it's not as meaty as chicken.
