Welcome to my podcast. Here we go again. I'm Stacey Solomon and in this podcast I'm going to

be looking at the honest reality of motherhood. I think so often we see motherhood painted in

this picture by society that isn't often the truth or at least doesn't show it from every angle.

I think there's a lot of mum's out there, myself included, who know that it's really not

that easy being a parent and it's extremely tough and pushes you right to the edge, both physically

and mentally. In this series, I'm going to dive deep into struggles with post-nated depression,

mum guilt, sleep deprivation, the highs and lows of being a mum and everything in between.

As you guys know, we had our baby Rexy four months ago, and it's been a challenging time to say the least.

You're with me, Stacey Solomon, my sister today, Gemma Solomon, so I apologise

if you can't differentiate between the two of us because we have very similar voices.

She is with her two-year-old son and I've got my mummy here, Fiona Solomon.

And if you can hear some snoring during this podcast, it is Rex, who is beside me, snoring away.

So it could be a bit of a noisy one and you might struggle to tell the difference between me and Gemma, my sister.

But this will definitely be one of my favourite episodes because I'm so excited to get some of the gory details from my sister of the birth and ask her about her births.

And the burning question for Gemma today is going to be, after seeing me give birth, is she glad she had free caesarians?
