I want to talk about overthinking, overthinking, overthinking, oh, I'm going to get the cycle.

Mental lapse around a thought again and again and again. It's exhausting. It's exhausting.

One of the reasons it's exhausting is that your brain and then your body thinks, oh my God, it must be a very threatening situation.

She keeps going, she keeps going over it, over it, over it, over it, and your mind and body gets stressed.

Now, normally, when you've got to think of something and deal with it, it's good.

Parts of your brain are activated to respond to an immediate stress.
