What do you do when somebody criticizes you?

I used to respond very defensively.

I actually, I think we talked about this in another episode where one of my first bosses said like,

this is going to be a big problem for you if you don't get it together, Lapid.

And I did.

I actually really enjoy criticism.

I like it a lot more than compliments because it helps me learn, grow, rinse and repeat.

but you dished out too.

But in a kind way.
