You've closed 1,500 real estate transactions and majority of them were from your sales reps.

So when you're hiring a salesperson, what do you look for?

You know, it's rough because I've made a lot of mistakes like the first seven years I was hiring hustlers that were high on the talent spectrum but low on the trust spectrum.

Okay. You gotta be very careful with that.

Yeah.

Just because a person is highly talented doesn't mean that you can trust them.

Doesn't mean that they're in it with you for the long haul.

Doesn't mean that they want to grow with you you know what I mean yeah

and so I've been through a lot and I'm sure a lot of a lot of real estate guys are

listening to

they know the churn rate of an acquisitions rep.

Right?

Until, this is what you want to do.

Until you actually become a hybrid of corporate America and what you have going on right now which is

probably a circus you know what I mean like no structure no SOPs right I know until you

commit to that hybrid model and actually you should be leaning more on the

corporate side where I hire from LinkedIn now.

I hire from Jobbing I hire from wise hire indeed right I don't hire people really on social media the way that I used to yeah because they come in for the wrong reasons they want to make a whole bunch of money and then they eventually want to leave.

I want I I know this sounds tough but I want to hire employees.

Sorry that again I think people don't get that. I don't want to hire entrepreneurs.

I want to hire employees that want to build with me.
