Good morning everyone and welcome back to another mornings with the masters where we devote

ourselves to the Lord daily with you. Good morning you guys. It is a good morning indeed as we are

rounding out with day seven of our divine direction devotional in the Bible app. There's a link to

that in the description if you guys want to follow along with us and as always I'm going to read

the scripture then Tories can I pick it with the Devo? Let's do it. The scripture is John chapter

20 verses 24 through 29 and they say this one of the 12 disciples Thomas was not with the other

disciples when Jesus came. They told him we have seen the Lord but he replied I won't believe it

unless I see the nail wounds in his hands and put my fingers into them and place my hand into the

wound in his side eight days later the disciples were together again and this time Thomas was with

them. The doors were locked but suddenly as before Jesus was standing among them peace be with you he

said then he said to Thomas put your finger here and look at my hands put your finger into the wound

in my side don't be faithless any longer believe my Lord my God Thomas exclaimed then Jesus

told him you believe because you have seen me blessed are those who believe without seeing me

the devotional is titled trust and it says this I live in Oklahoma where the weather can change

dramatically and very quickly one year in March we had the most beautiful sunny spring day in a high

of 83 degrees the very next day it snowed three inches as dramatic as that change was it's nothing

compared to tornado season storm seemed to swirl up out of nowhere just like they do in our lives

I talked to a woman at my son soccer game recently who's been battling some health issues

she explained how she was close to God years ago and used to be very involved in our church

but when she started going through some very real trials she questioned why God would allow it

she fought back tears as she said how can I worship a God I can't trust this woman's question
