I'm trying to be honest because you know your initial response is like, it's going good.

But then I work with clients in private practice and majority of my clients are black women.

And so I've had to check myself and just say how I'm actually feeling and not just like

But I think it's definitely feeling better about things more so than I was last week.

And last night I did sleep for almost seven hours, which was a huge improvement.

Yeah, I did wake up.

It's crazy.

I woke up in the middle of the night though and I just had really bad anxiety about everything

And that's been kind of something that's happening every night in the middle of the night.

But luckily I was kind of able to go back to sleep after like 30 minutes or so.
