it's nothing at all.

This is a huge point, even though it is rather easily to state.

Excellence is in the quality of your next conversation.

How deeply do you listen?

How much empathy and compassion do you use?

Excellence is in your next meeting. Do you actively engage in the group discussions?

Do you step up to challenge others to push for better? Do you contribute positively
