Good morning everyone and welcome back to another mornings with the master for

devote ourselves to the Lord, daily with you.

We are picking up with day four of our God comes through and protecting you devotional in the

If you guys wouldn't follow along,

and as always I'm going to read the scripture

that I'm also going to pick with the Devo.

The scripture is Hebrew chapter 12 verse one.

And it says this,

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of

witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us

down, especially the sin that is so easily trips us up, and let us run with

endurance the race that God has set before us.

The devotional says this, no matter where you are in your Christian journey at one time or another,

we have all sinned and fall short of the glory of God, Romans 323.

As a believer in Christ, you can love God, believe Jesus, and keep in step with the Holy Spirit,

but still have issues you are still dealing with regarding your sinful nature, your flesh.

During these imperfect moments in our Christian journey, God knows our hearts and still loves us.

Even in the midst of making bad decisions and yielding to one sinful nature, God is there to guide and correct you in

leaving your life of sin and choosing his will, his word, and his way.

Setbacks will occur because we are not perfect and enemies will be deceitfully waiting for you to
