0:59.8	Genesis 39, verses 21 to 23, say, but the Lord was with Joseph and showed him mercy and gave him favor in the sight of the keeper of the prison.
1:07.5	By the way, could I just point out to you that favor is always first Godward and then
1:12.1	manward? The Bible says of Jesus when he came that he increased in favor with God and with man.
1:19.2	Favor is always God given and it must always begin with your relationship to God. So don't start with
1:25.8	trying to get favor with man. God gives favor, seek the Lord.
1:30.4	And so in verse 22, it says, in the keeper of the prison, committed to Joseph's hand, all the
1:34.2	prisoners that were in the prison, and whatsoever they did there, he was the doer of it.
1:40.7	The keeper of the prison looked not to anything that was under his hand because the Lord was with him,
1:45.4	and that which he did, the Lord made it to prosper.
1:49.2	Let's observe some very practical things from this passage that Joseph did in the in-between times.
1:54.8	You know, oh, the in-between times are difficult sometimes, aren't they?
1:58.5	Between the blessings in the parenthesis of life remember that
2:03.1	the parenthesis in a sentence is often necessary to explain the meaning in the story and so this
