1:30.7	when you're falling in love with the prize or with the the the prize is the rewards whatever you
1:39.1	want to call them of the work the the side effects the outcomes of yourself you have to realize
1:45.3	that that's something that comes with solving problems it comes with finding solutions it comes
1:50.6	with innovating it comes with you know offering value it's not success that you that you need to be
1:58.2	focusing on it's the process of solving problems and the other things that I just mentioned so many
2:04.9	of you guys get get excited when you see a nice car and get excited when you see a big house and
2:09.6	I understand that because I do too but you have to understand and separate and realize that those
2:16.1	rewards are the product of you being good at the process all right so many people miss that point
