1:01.8	cold congestion situation, but I am really humbled and honored to have my new friend Lisa

1:11.6	hard, but something really, really good. Lisa just came out with a book called Life Can Be Good
1:16.3	Again. And so this conversation is covered in so much real, raw emotion. And that's something
1:22.0	we're digging into today. Emotions. How can we process our emotions when life feels like it's fallen apart? When there's a loved one that has passed away, when we're going through a health crisis, when the world shuts down, when we go through a breakup, whatever that may be, sometimes there's situations in our lives where it feels like life has just fallen apart and we don't know if we can hope again or if that life is ever going
1:44.3	to be as good as it used to be. And so Lisa's on the show to tell her personal story of how God
