social anxiety as well as a general sense of feeling anxious and

stressed out. But one of the things that I've noticed this summertime is that I

have a lot of events that seem to be back to back for our family, with

friends who visit the area, for our daughter, of course,

and as well as my work schedule.

And sometimes, if I forget to

surround each event or each task or project with spaciousness, I get myself in a bit of a state of

discomfort and have to remember what I've learned and resort to the tools that we often share with you.
