Romans 15, brand new section of scripture. And we're in verses one to six. I'll read verse one.

And I have to tell you guys, last week, second and third service, they were louder than you.

I know. It's hard to believe. But they beat you, fair and square. But you'll pick it up on the even-numbered verses, if you would.

And again, this is Paul. By the way, you're going to detect this, everyone. In this little

section of scripture, you're going to detect what is known as the benediction. Paul in

chapter 15 starts to say goodbye to the believers in Rome.

He's writing them, but don't worry, Paul's goodbyes last a very long time.

We then, who are strong, ought to bear the scruples or the weaknesses of the weak and not to please ourselves.

That each of us please his neighbor for his good, leading to edification.

That's very loud.

That's beautiful.

For even Christ did not please himself, but as it is written, the reproaches of those who

reproached you fell on me.

For whatever things were written before were written for our learning that we through

the patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.

Now may the God of patience and comfort

grant you to be like-minded toward one another,

according to Christ Jesus.

That you may with one mind and one mouth

glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

And all God's people said?

Amen.
