An individual is in custody.

Reports are that he is not cooperating with federal authorities.

But as the story has developed, it turns out that his roommate there in Utah turned him in for the shooting.

That roommate, the right, has now fixated on this roommate.

Some people say they're transgender.

It's unclear.

Other people say that they're not.
