On the first page of that draft opinion, Justice Samuel Alito writes, quote,

At least 23 states including Oklahoma have laws on the books that would at least partially

ban abortions if Roe is overturned.

But 16 other states including Colorado have laws boosting abortion access or even codifying

the right to an abortion in the state legal code.
