ending pursuit for better.

Steve Jobs called it iterating, quote, he said, there has to be a better way.

This was the statement said so often by the late Steve Jobs that it became a mantra and

really a dogma that Steve led Apple with.

Steve was never good enough, Steve never stopped pushing for excellence, he kept raising

the bar higher and higher, he kept pushing himself and everybody else around him.

It was said that Steve would repeat the mantra, there has to be a better way.

Dozens of times in a single 30 minute meeting, if anybody complained, he'd flatly say repetition

doesn't destroy the prayer.

Excellence was Steve's religion and perpetually pushing for it was his worship.

The constant pursuit for better, it can be exhausting.

It caused many people who couldn't handle it to quit Apple.
