As you can imagine, we got plenty of calls, plenty of texts talking about the head coaching job, what the Raiders should do in number one overall pick. They've put out requests for at least six this week, and the list is continuing to grow. I'll talk about the guys that I think the Raiders should be leaning towards and why. And we're going to go ahead and get started with the news from Monday when it comes to the Raiders and their head coaching position and the different interview requests that they have put in for. According to Ian Rapaport from the NFL network, he tweeted out the Raiders are now requesting

Chargers defensive coordinator Jesse Minter for a head coaching interview source said as he'll add them to his growing list. Not a surprise. He's a guy that's a Michigan man. So he's got, you know, ties with Jesse Minter, with John Spitech, I should say, the Raiders GM and Tom Brady, both Michigan men. So you can see that tie in right there.

He's also a guy that's going to have a lot of different, you know, teams requesting his services. Me personally, I feel like he's going to end up in Baltimore with the Ravens. He worked there before. He knows that that organization has ran. They obviously respect him as a defensive coordinator. and I could see Baltimore wanting to be ran by a defensive coordinator and then have a really, you know, really well,

you know, just well thought of offensive coordinator to run that scheme and get Lamar Jackson

to get the most out of him. So just my gut feeling, that's where I think Jesse Minter ends up.

But the Raiders did put in a request for him, and so he'll be
