Today, we are going to be taking a really big look at the Packers' new safety positions, box safety, post safety, what it means, what they do, what type of players

would fit in those specific roles.

So I'm really excited to dig into that today.

We also had a couple of news and

notes from Friday. No big roster transactions, no big releases, no early signings from players

who have been released. But Green Bay did get three compensatory picks awarded to them on Friday,

a fifth round pick, a sixth round pick, and a seventh round pick. Now, over the cap does such a tremendous job at anticipating exactly what the compics

are going to be.

In fact, they do such a good job that the main person who does it over on their site was

a little bit off on a couple of the projections.

And he's legitimately wondering, at least as of recording this, he actually believes that the NFL might have got the compensatory selections wrong on a couple of them and that a couple of people who are awarded fourth round picks or a couple of teams that were awarded fourth round picks should have been awarded third round picks.

And you might think, well, all right, that's a little crazy.

Clearly, the NFL does a better

job of this than somebody online running, you know, over the cap or, you know, doing an article
