Hello from Washington. I'm Chuck Todd and this is the Chuck Todd Caz. If it's Wednesday, I

0:10.6

always like to say if it's Tuesday, somebody's voting somewhere, well, if it's Wednesday,

0:13.2

it means we get to talk about election results. And last night was a pretty good night for

0:16.2

the Democrats in Virginia. The party took control of the Senate and the House. Despite the

0:20.6

fact that the two highest ranking state office holders, Democratic governor Ralph Northam,

0:26.3

Lieutenant governor Justin Fairfax had been mired. Uh, shall we say in scandal and that's

Obviously, Bill Taylor, probably the most important narrator of the Ukraine scandal.

1:16.8

On Friday, the 15th former Ukraine ambassador, Marie Ivanovich will also testify. This

1:23.5

news follows ambassador to the EU, Gordon Sondland, uh, changing his testimony in the impeachment

1:28.0

inquiry, saying he now recalls talking about a quid pro quo and now marks the fourth admission

1:34.2

as Democrats have slowly released the transcripts of testimonies of fourth admission of somebody

1:38.4

in and around the president saying yes, it was a quid pro quo. So putting together the news

1:42.2

of this week is there a lesson on impeachment joining me to attempt to answer these questions.

National Journalist, Political Editor Josh Kraszauer and Washington Post National reporter,
